- 2 / 5By Rebekah HoffmanThis 7-Eleven does not stand out as far as 7-Elevens go and even warranted a 2 Star review from me because it's always messy with sticky stuff on the floor and you can never get a fresh cup of coffee. Sure a couple of the girls might be friendly enough to say have a good day, but no customer service rewards here. The cherry on top was going in for coffee, and being told that it'a 5 hours old. There was barely a swallow of coffee burning away in the pot and the lady was "too busy" relaxing to make sure it was fresh. Instead of offering to make a fresh pot real quick, she waited until I got in my car and went to make a pot! I would love to see convenience store's step up their customer service game and lose the mentality that "customers will come anyway because it's convenient, regardless of customer service!June 25, 2016
